There are many ways to become a part of the local community, from volunteers efforts to helping raise scholarship funds through the Buffalo Bicycle Classic on September 7, 2008.

Buffalo Bicycle Classic - The BBC is the largest source of scholarships in the College. And it's great fun as well. Ride as part of a team, volunteer at an aid station, sponsor a rider.

Development Office - Gifts play a critical role in creating and sustaining the University's excellence. You'll find information for online giving, how gifts are used, and more.

Internships are a great way to take the first step towards a career, and a wide range of experience can be yours in a variety of fields. Check it out!

Undergraduate Research Opportunties Program creates partnerships between undergraduate students and faculty. Research ranges from traditional scientific inquiry to the creation of new artistic works.

Volunteer Opportunities - Here is a site listing many volunteer opportunities in the Boulder community, from hospitals to hospices, the Boulder County AIDS Project, nursing homes, local clinics, and more.

cyScan - The Center for Youth in Science, Culture and Media, associated with the School of Education, uses community-based research and works with volunteers in such programs as school literacy and after-school science and technology classes for girls.
