General Norrie talked of his career in the Army and how he got to the position he is in today. He also spoke of his time serving as a Second Lieutenant at the beginning of his Army career. He shared with the students some of his successes and failures during those earlier times – when he was learning and leading for the first time. He gleaned some words of wisdom onto the ROTC students – to help them along their path to being an Army leader.

Thank you MG Norrie for your time and thoughtful words.
