Ana Sofia is originally from Guadalajara in Mexico, and moved to Boulder to attend the University of Colorado Boulder where she is doing a double major in Neuroscience and Psychology. She learned about the mind. body. voice. program during her freshman year and was hired as an undergraduate peer-facilitator, in which she is thrilled to work with younger girls and promote body love and acceptance. In her free time, Ana Sofia enjoys reading, traveling, doing exercise, baking, hanging out with her friends and much more.
