For the safety of our campus community, please don't drive on sidewalks, multiuse paths, or Colorado Avenue/18th Street between Libby Drive and Euclid Avenue. during class change periods:
Summer 2024 (Term Dates: May 13 – August 22, 2024)
Classes meet 5 days a week, Monday through Friday
- 9:05 a.m.- 9:20 a.m.
- 10:55 a.m.- 11:10 a.m.
- 12:45 p.m. - 1:00 p.m
- 2:35 p.m. - 2:50 p.m.
- 4:25 p.m. - 4:40 p.m.
Fall 2024 - Spring 2025
Main Campus:
M-W-F (8:50-9:05am, 9:55-10:10am, 11:00-11:15am, 12:05-12:20pm, 1:10-1:25pm, 2:15-2:30pm, 3:20-3:35pm, 4:25-4:40pm, 5:30-5:45pm)
TU-TH (9:15-9:30am, 10:45-11am, 12:15-12:30pm, 1:45-2pm, 3:15-3:30pm, 4:45-5pm)
East Campus (CINC/BIOT and SEEC buildings)
M-W-F (9:20-9:35am, 10:25-10:40am, 11:30-11:45am, 12:35-12:50pm, 1:40-1:55pm, 2:25-3pm, 3:50-4:05pm, 4:55-5:10pm, 6-6:15pm)

Overtime/Shift Cutoffs
January - June 2024
The updated cutoffs for bi-weekly and monthly payroll are below; they are effective from January 2024 – June 2024.
Payroll will be pulled from AiM at 10:00 am on the day listed below unless noted below.
Starting July 1st, all overtime and shift pay will be paid in the following month as recommended by campus payroll guidelines. Monthly payroll exception time entered and approved by the supervisor for the previous month will be paid at the end of the current month. Please note that we will not be processing any current month or future dated rows.
Bi-weekly payroll time should be entered and approved by the supervisor for the corresponding bi-weekly pay periods and will be paid on the following Friday.
