A dynamic 25-year veteran of Human Resources, Robyn is a leader with broad and diverse experience in a variety of HR disciplines within corporate, global, and highly complex organizations. Known for developing and leading high-performing teams, building strong relationships within an organization, and leading with an authentic and diplomatic approach. Proven success leading strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

Before joining CU Boulder, she worked at Colorado State University in Fort Collins as vice president and chief human resources officer. Robyn has had HR leadership roles in both educational institutions and the private sector. She worked in the Jeffco Public School District, in addition to the Denver Public School District. She has also held positions at Vail Resorts and Daimler Chrysler.  Robyn is an avid equestrian and skier. Volunteering in her community is a passion; acting as a mentor for at-risk youth and serving on not-for-profit boards, including Zuma’s Rescue Ranch located in Littleton, Colorado.
