To Join the CU Parents Association (CUPA) Please send the following information to parents@colorado.edu
- 1st Parent/Guardian Name, are they a CU Alumnus?
- 2nd Parent/Guardian Name, are they a CU Alumnus?
- Home Address, City, State and Zip Code
- Primary phone and Cell phone numbers
- Primary email address and second email address if needed
- Students full name, major and anticipated graduation year
- Are you interested in volunteering for CU-Boulder in your geographic area? YES or NO
- Are you interested in becoming a CUPA Board Member? YES or NO

When you join CUPA you will enjoy a number of benefits and be part of some great programs. To receive these benefits, please be sure to send us the information above to parents@colorado.edu. Also, you can purchase CUPA gear at The CU Bookstore and parent gear from CU Athletics on line!
- CU Parent E-Connection - The CU Parent E-Connection is an email update that is sent to CUPA members on a regular basis, usually every two weeks and more often as needed. The update focuses on University news, policies, and programs of particular interest to parents.
- Follow Barney on Twitter at CUBuffParents.
- CU Parent Newsletter - This printed newsletter features items written by University administrators, parents, and students that provide insight, advice, and information about the CU experience. You will receive this printed newsletter two times a year sent to your students permanent address as they have listed in their records.
- Scholarships - CUPA awards dozens of $1,000 scholarships to incoming freshmen as well as continuing CU-Boulder students each year. Scholarship money is generated through the Parent Fund. Visit our link to Parent Programs for more information.
- Grants - CUPA disperses thousands of dollars each year to student and campus programs that enrich the undergraduate experience. Again, the funds to support this program comes from the Parent Fund.
- Marinus Smith Staff/Faculty Recognition Award - Through these awards, CUPA recognizes faculty and staff members who make a significant impact on CU-Boulder students.
- CU Proud Award - CUPA recognizes students who through their actions have made CU-Boulder proud to call them one of its own with a certificate and graduation cord.
