ANNUAL REPORTING 2015 NEW FOR 2015: PHS/NIH required COI training is now imbedded in the DEPA reporting process. See the PHS/NIH Requirements or Education tabs above. The annual DEPA reporting period is January 15 to March 31. Updates should be added throughout the year, as necessary. Employees and students new to CU Boulder should submit a DEPA within 30 days of their official start date. Click any of the links directly above for more information.
