Accreditation 2020

CU Boulder is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), one of six regional institutional accreditors in the United States. Accreditation review takes place every 10 years and requires a comprehensive evaluation of the university's programs, policies and practices. In December 2019 a team of leading educators will visit CU Boulder to review the university as a whole and provide recommendations for continued improvement.

Campus Master Plan Development

The Campus Master Plan is the vision for the campus physical environment. Besides being essential for proper University physical development, a facilities master plan is required by the Colorado Commission on Higher Education (CCHE). The Campus Master Plan establishes overall goals, objectives, and design principles that serve as a framework for future physical development.

Unified Student Experience (USE)

We will enhance how students find the resources they need to succeed and thrive at CU Boulder through a seamless online and in-person experience supported by policy, guidelines, governance and comprehensive student success resources, transforming today’s fragmented digital and physical student support landscape in the process.
