Transferring to CU Boulder Just Got Easier

If you plan to start your education at a Colorado community college and finish your degree at CU Boulder, the Bridge to Bachelor’s Degree Program might be right for you. This program guarantees admission to any bachelor’s degree program offered at CU Boulder to new, first-time students who attend any college in the Colorado Community College System and complete an associate degree.

Program Requirements

To be eligible, you must:

Opt in to the Bridge to Bachelor’s Degree Program at the start of your associate degree program at a participating Colorado Community System college, or within your first semester
Maintain a 2.0 minimum GPA
Complete any Associate of Arts or Associate of Science, including all AA and AS Degrees with Designation

First-Year Applicants

First-year applicants are in high school, or have graduated from high school but have not taken any college courses after graduating or earning a GED.

Transfer Applicants

Transfer applicants have attended another college or university since earning their high school diploma or GED. Transfer applicants are looking to complete a bachelor’s degree at CU Boulder.

International Applicants

Undergraduate international applicants are students who need a visa to be in the U.S. Apply as a domestic student if you have a U.S. passport or green card.
