Arriving to Campus

Parking:

Please allow adequate time for arriving on campus, parking and walking to your first session. We recommend you add an extra 20 minutes to whatever time your GPS indicates. Due to the volume of people on campus, traffic does back up. We ask that you please arrive and park according to the information below, to help with traffic flow:

Additional parking instructions will be shared in the registration reminder emails that you will receive the week of the event.

Check-in:

Please plan to arrive on campus no later than 8:00 a.m. to allow adequate time for parking and to walk to your first session. The first session of the day begins at 8:30 a.m. Check-in will be done via geo-fencing, so please make sure your location services are turned on on your phone. You will get a text asking you to check-in for the event, the morning of April 5. You will be able to check-in when you are approximately within 1 mile of campus.

We want to make sure you receive your official CU Boulder clear stadium tote to collect swag throughout the day (one tote per student). To pick-up your tote, please stop by one of our five Information Tents. You can grab your tote as well as a paper agenda if you prefer that to the digital agenda. You can also ask any questions you may have at these Information Tents throughout the day. Locations of these tents will be provided in a reminder email two days before the event.
