Mayara Conde Rocha Murca

Mayara Condé Rocha Murça received the B.S. degree in civil engineering and the M.S. degree in aeronautics infrastructure engineering from the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA), São José dos Campos, SP, Brazil, in 2011 and 2013, respectively. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in aeronautics and astronautics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, MA, USA. She is an officer of the Brazilian Air Force and instructor at ITA. Her research interests include the use of data analytics and operations research for air transportation systems diagnostics and optimization, with focus on air traffic operations.
