Description: Team AMADEUS is a continuation of the HERD-CU project which is in its second year and set of phases. The team is tasked with designing a small UAV/UAS that is capable of being transported and launched by a single person. Its mission is to provide radio relay in remote and austere environments and act as a mission overwatch platform. Additionally, 90% of the aircraft must be built through additive manufacturing technologies and consumer off-the-shelf (COTS) materials.
