CU Boulder’s graduate program in Applied Mathematics is consistently ranked in the top 15 programs in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. Our Professional Master’s degree joins real-world collaboration with rigorous coursework administered by Applied Mathematics faculty renowned in their specializations. The program is designed for those with a background in mathematics who would like to take their skill to the next level.

We will be holding two information sessions this spring for prospective students. Join us to learn more about pursuing a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics at CU Boulder! Each information session will feature a 30 minute presentation by the Directors of the program followed by Q&A. After the program overview Q&A, you will hear from a panel of current students and program alumni who can answer your questions and provide experience-based advice geared towards prospective students like you!

We will be offering an early decision application deadline of February 1, 2022. We know that you may be applying to more than one program for fall 2022, and we want to provide you with timely information to make an informed decision about graduate school. As such, if you submit your completed application and application fee by this early decision deadline, our admissions committee will inform you of a decision by mid-late February 2022.
