Jose Rafael Fuentes Baeza

Rafael Fuentes is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Applied Mathematics at CU Boulder. His research focuses on fluid dynamics processes in planetary and stellar interiors. Rafael uses numerical simulations and analytical methods to determine how convection in planets and stars provides turbulent transport and compositional mixing.
