Alumni (Ph.D. 2006), Joanna Mishtal's, research featured in the NY Times. Joanna is currently a Professor of Anthropology at the University of Central Florida. Her interests include gender and governance: the politics and policies around reproductive and sexual health and rights, access to healthcare, gender inequalities, and social justice issues.
