Dr. Warren M. Hern, practicing physician in Boulder and adjunct faculty member of the Anthropology Department publishes Homo Ecophagus: A Deep Diagnosis to Save the Earth. This book takes a wide-ranging look at the major problems for the survival of not just the human species, but other species on Earth due to human activities over the past tens of thousands of years.  Physician Warren Hern argues that humans have evolved cultures and adaptations that have now become malignant and offers remedies for changing our maladaptive ways.  Dr. Hern was recently interviewed by Marc Bekoff, Ph.D for a feature on Psychology Today.
