David Taylor is pleased to serve as a Finance and Accounting professional for the APS department. He holds an MBA from Queen's University (Canada), an MS and BS in Geology (University of Wyoming and Montana State University, respectively). David firmly believes there are two topics about which the public needs to learn more: science and personal finance.
