Printmaking
Andi Newberry (she/her) is a multimedia artist from North Texas who works in printmaking, textiles, painting, drawing, and ceramics. Her work explores the fluctuation of memory, record keeping, and devotion in its many forms. Her art practice stems from making collages: the medium’s sensibilities for composition and imagery remain the foundation of her approach. Newberry uses art to connect with others, primarily through numerous printmaking exchanges, in which she has served as a participant and organizer. She earned her BFA at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas, and is now pursuing an MFA focused on printmaking at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
