Painting & Drawing
Ethan Cherry (b. 1996) is an artist from the Midwest whose creative practice is rooted in various painting and drawing techniques. Cherry’s work is tied to his connection with nature, his queer identity, and his fascination with the spiritual, magical, and esoteric. Though Cherry grew up in Chicago, he has spent recent years living and working in Italy, India, and New Mexico. He received his BFA in Painting from RISD in 2018, and is now pursuing his MFA at CU Boulder in Painting & Drawing.
