Let's CU Well.

The College of Arts and Sciences recognizes that our community is our most valuable asset. To underscore our care for students and employees and to recognize that we all face new personal, academic and work challenges, our Be Well initiative has launched a series of expert presentations—Let’s CU Well—to help our community find balance in both home and school life. The college's wellness researchers and practitioners provide the regular public presentations, including those listed below, that compose the Let's CU Well series.

 

Let's CU Well Speaker Series

HeartMath Techniques: Science of the Heart

Tuesday, Feb. 11, at 1 p.m. on Zoom

Participants in the workshop will learn how to use the heart/brain connection to regulate heart rhythms to immediately address their emotional state in challenging situations. The event is open to all, but registration is required.

The workshop will teach participants how to do so while uniting heart, mind and emotion; boosting resilience; decreasing stress; and improving mental and physical performance.
