Andrea Fautheree Márquez grew up in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. She completed a double Bachelor of Arts in international affairs and studio arts at the University of Colorado Boulder, with focuses in Latin American politics, gender movements, printmaking and sculpture. She then moved to Logroño, Spain, where she worked as a language assistant for the Spanish government. With aspirations of law school in mind, she worked as a legal assistant for the past two years, first in an immigration practice in Dallas, then for an intellectual property firm in Denver. As a CTD student, Andrea hopes to combine her interests in creative and analytical thinking to create ethical, sustainable designs and products in the nonprofit or B-Corp sector.
