Janssen Femke is a fourth-year chemical and biological engineering undergraduate student, pursuing a minor in studio art. Her research focuses on new ways to synthesize polyrotaxanes and how to process them into various slide-ring materials. Femke grew up in the Netherlands and enjoys Boulder. In her free time, she plays field hockey, skis and makes music and art.
