Joshua is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds a Masters degree from CU Boulder's ATLAS Institute, emphasizing creative engineering solutions in science and technology for Social Impact. He is currently a PhD Student with the Laboratory for Emergent Nano Materials with the ATLAS Institute, where his work focuses on developing and researching smart tattoos and inks. Joshua spends his free time sailing with his kids and exploring the World. His passion for people and the environment is evident in his work and when he's not in the office or at school, you'll most likely to find him on the water, channeling the wind and pursuing the horizon by sail.
