Shreya Pradeep Sekar

Shreya Pradeep Sekar is a graduate student in Creative Technology and Design at the ATLAS Institute, University of Colorado Boulder. With a background in Information Technology , she has always carried an intuitive eye for design and a deep desire to make life easier for others. Her journey into UX/UI began during her undergraduate studies, but it was her own family’s experiences with illness and care that opened her eyes to the emotional weight design can carry.

Now, fulfilling her long-held dream of pursuing a master's in a field where empathy meets innovation, Shreya is especially drawn to healthcare and product design. She believes good design isn’t just functional—it can be healing, empowering, and deeply human. She’s passionate about building tools that serve people with accessibility needs, and about crafting experiences that feel gentle, inclusive, and impactful. With an open heart and curious mind, she’s excited to see where this path leads next.
