Suzanne Stoller has over 20 years of experience working with leaders and leadership teams on organizational strategy and design, team cohesion and effectiveness, culture, talent identification and development, management and executive development. She spent 12 years partnering directly with Google’s senior-most tech executives (e.g. CEO of YouTube, VP of Ads Product Area, SVP of Knowledge and Information, President of EMEA), helping them build and scale their organizations and evolve their leadership approach. She also led Google’s Talent Management Center of Excellence, and was responsible for defining and delivering on the Company’s approach to succession planning and germinating up-and-coming talent. As the Chief People Officer at Guild Education, Suzanne helped the Company scale from ~400 - 700 employees.
