Research Interests: I am interested in characterizing neurochemical signaling of motivated and drug behaviors, using viral based approaches. This extends to optical/ electrophysiological recordings/ manipulations of distinct cell populations in the Ventral Tegmental Area (VTA) and Lateral Habenula (LHb).
