Down the Drive
On game days, the band plays its signature cadence as it marches down the drive, Corry Boulevard, toward Nippert Stadium. Fans roll their arms, yelling, “Oooo,” a few times and end with a loud “U-C” with arms overhead in a "U" like a touchdown call and then arms stretched out to the left into a “C.” The cheer and the music go back decades, probably to the late 1960s.

Crosstown Shootout
An annual men's college basketball game against Xavier University Musketeers that dates back to 1928. The two schools are separated by 3 miles in Cincinnati, making them one of the closest major rivalries in the country.
