Training is required before access can be granted to CU-SIS and COGNOS. Please note that FERPA training is required every three years with a minimum passing score of 80%.

1. Complete Required Training

 

For CU-SIS, complete the following:

  • FERPA for CU-SIS Access (45 min.)
  • Introduction to CU-SIS - Campus Solutions (30 min.)

For CU-SIS Student Financials access, complete the following:

  • FERPA for CU-SIS Access (45 min.)
  • Introduction to CU-SIS - Campus Solutions (30 min.)
  • CU-SIS Student Financials (30 min.)

For COGNOS access, complete the following:

  • FERPA for CU-SIS Access (45 min.)

How to Access Training in SkillSoft

  1. Log in to MyCUInfo.
  2. Click the right-most icon at the top and select CU Resources and then Training.
  3. Click SkillSoft Percipio.
  4. Click the search icon (magnifying glass) at the top and type in the title of the course you need.
  5. Click Launch to begin the course.

 

2. Request access by completing the CU-SIS Access Request Form

When training is complete, you can request access. 

  1. Go to University Information Systems Campus Solutions webpage, expand "Request Access" and select "CU-SIS Access Request Form."
  2. Download the form and complete it.
  3. Submit the form to your supervisor who will approve the request and route it to the CU-SIS Coordinator.
