Kim Gutierrez is the Assistant Director of Admissions for the MS Programs at the Leeds School of Business. Prior to her position at the University of Colorado, she worked for Ball Aerospace and the National Renewable Energy Lab in positions of increasing responsibility in Human Resources. Her career has encompassed the outreach, recruitment, retention, development and management of talent in multiple industries and disciplines. She has been recognized for her work in Diversity and Inclusion as well as project management roles.
Kim was born and raised in Central Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida. She has called Colorado home for many years, loves all that it has to offer and enjoys spending free time with friends, family and her 3 young grandchildren.
