Carly received her B.A. from Lake Forest College in International Relations and Spanish. While in pursuit of her degree, Carly studied abroad for a semester in Chile at the Universidad de Diego Portales. As a first-generation college graduate, Carly appreciates the challenge of navigating higher education and developed a passion for supporting others in pursuit of their education goals. Prior to joining Graduate Programs at the Leeds School, Carly worked in Leeds' Office of Diversity Affairs. Additionally, Carly worked at Colorado Law as part of a research project focused on developing international public policy that reduces activities that contribute to climate change. She also organized and chaperoned international trips for law interns working with the project. During a 2-year intermission, Carly worked outside of the university system, as a project management consultant and provided strategic direction for a new program at an international non-profit. 

A 4th generation Colorado native, Carly spends as much time enjoying its 300 sunny days as possible. Her love of travel has taken her to over 15 countries, where she enjoys exploring, learning about local culture, and experimenting native food.
