Dave is currently the CEO of Pure Fishing for Sycamore Partners. He is a turn-around specialist for middle market private equity portfolio companies and he has been in the Consumer Products industry for over 30 years. Previously, Dave was the CEO of IGLOO for ACON Investments, Group President of Vista Outdoor and the President of The Coleman Company. He spent the first 18 years of his career with Unilever in a job that he received from the Career Center. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Dave and his wife, Mindy, live in Park City, UT and they have two daughters.
