Desireé Ramírez (they/her/ella) was born and raised in Commerce City, CO. They attended the University of Colorado Boulder and the Leeds School of Business and received their BS in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management in 2011. Most recently, Desireé worked four years in residential solar as a Field Project Manager and one year in commercial solar as a Project Engineer. As a first-generation student and participant in the Diverse Scholars Program, they became passionate about helping others succeed. After graduating they served as the President of the Forever Latinx Buffs Association (formerly CUBLAA), building connections for alumni of the university, and raising money for scholarships.
