Michelle is the Assistant Director of Leeds Global programs. She manages the Leeds First-Year Global Experience and the Global Business Certificate and supports global programs within the Leeds School of Business.  She received her undergraduate degree from Ohio University in International Studies and Spanish and a Master of Science in Global Leadership and Nonprofit Management from Regis University.

Before joining Leeds, Michelle was the Operations Manager at Global Education Fund in Boulder, Colorado. She has also taught in various capacities, as an elementary and middle school Spanish teacher at Peak-to-Peak Charter School and an environmental science instructor at the Denver Zoo and Astrocamp in Southern California.

Michelle's passion for education abroad started when she was a Rotary International Exchange student in Valencia, Spain between high school and college. She enjoys traveling, biking, and spending time with her husband and son in her free time.
