Elizabeth Molina

Elizabeth Molina joined CU Boulder Advancement in January 2025. She holds a Master’s degree in History Education and previously served as an instructor at Front Range Community College, as well as local public and private schools. She has a strong passion for supporting student success and fostering meaningful connections.

Prior to working in education, Elizabeth worked as a Human Resources Coordinator for a non-profit medical research organization, where she developed skills in organizational support and collaboration. Elizabeth is committed to advancing CU Boulder’s mission and excited to contribute to the university’s ongoing impact on students and the broader community.

When Elizabeth is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, traveling, cooking, reading, hiking, and the arts. Elizabeth is passionate about the history of U.S. immigration and ethnic studies. She is working on the development of an interactive museum exhibit that factually portrays the impact of immigration on American society, reduces misunderstandings, and builds bridges between communities.
