Crystal Yiqi Xu

Yiqi (Crystal) Xu is a PhD student in Organizational Behavior at the University of Colorado Boulder. She earned a B.S. in Psychology and Statistics from Colorado State University. Prior to joining the doctoral program, she served as an Executive Assistant at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. Crystal's professional background includes e-commerce consulting and project management, which sparked her interest in workplace dynamics and organizational behavior. Her research interests focus on gratitude expression in teams, work-life balance interventions, and leadership behaviors in organizations.
