Mallory Decker

Mallory Decker studies Organizational Behavior at the Leeds School of Business. Prior to joining Leeds, she served 11 years in the U.S. Navy as a helicopter pilot. She completed military tours in the U.S. House of Representatives and with NATO, sparking her research interests in the overlap of leadership, teams, decision making, and gender and diversity. She received a MSc in International and European Politics from the University of Edinburgh, UK, where she studied as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar, and a BS in English from the U.S. Naval Academy.
