MS Finance and MS Real Estate Estimated Cost of Attendance
The following estimated MS Finance and MS Real Estate graduate student budget is designed to give you a projection of your tuition and living expenses, based on two semesters (fall and spring). The living expenses budget is prepared by the CU Boulder Office of Financial Aid for use by all graduate students. These are estimates only. Figures are based on the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 tuition rate sheets for the Graduate Professional business program.
