Organizational Behavior
Ryan Ragaglia is a doctoral student in Organizational Behavior at the Leeds School of Business. Prior to joining the doctoral program, Ryan received his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Leeds, and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Wyoming. He has worked in the technology and retail industries focusing on human resources and operations management. In his research, he hopes to focus on employee happiness and satisfaction in the workplace.
