This interactive experience is designed to help you find a career path based on exciting, real-world challenges that go beyond job titles. This deck of 30 cards covers challenges in the future of work in the areas of health, technology, society, environment and the economy. After completing the activity, you will receive a customized Challenge Profile with a career exploration action plan.

- Create a Student account using your colorado.edu email address and CU Boulder’s code: CUCareer.
- Follow the instructions and sort the Challenge Cards.
- Review your Challenge Profile (PDF) which includes your top three challenges and suggested activities to help you get involved with your selected challenges.
- Talk with a friend, trusted mentor or career advisor about your results and next steps.
