Profile

Hannah started out as a business journalist and later pivoted to policy research, working with legislators and civil society groups in the Philippines to advocate reforms in agriculture, economic and fiscal policies. She has also worked with the Asian Development Bank, Foundation for Economic Freedom, Japan International Cooperation Agency, and The Asia Foundation on various advocacy projects. She will use her development communication experience for CAS outreach and engagement initiatives.
