Dr. David F. Gordon is senior advisor and former chairman of Eurasia Group. Before joining Eurasia Group, Dr. Gordon spent more than ten years working at the highest levels of US foreign and national security policy processes, including  the director of policy planning under Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, a top management role at the National Intelligence Council (NIC), and the director of CIA's Office of Transnational Issues. Prior to his work in the public sector, David pursued an academic career, teaching at the University of Michigan, Michigan State University, the College of William and Mary, Princeton University, Georgetown University and the University of Nairobi. He is a graduate of Bowdoin College and received his PhD at the University of Michigan in 1981.

Dr. Suisheng Zhao is Professor and Director of the Center for China-US Cooperation at Josef Korbel School of International Studies, University of Denver. A Campbell National Fellow at Hoover Institution of Stanford University, Associate Professor of Political Science and International Studies at Washington College in Maryland, Associate Professor of Government and East Asian Politics at Colby College in Maine and visiting assistant professor at the Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies (IR/PS) at University of California-San Diego, he is the founder and editor of the Journal of Contemporary China and the author and editor of more than a dozen of books. Before coming to the US in 1985, he served in China’s Ministry of Finance and State Council.
