Jordy Construction - Project Engineer
Jordy Construction is seeking a full time local, Project Engineer. Our ideal candidate would possess 2-3 years of experience and have a bachelor’s degree in construction management.
Project Engineer Duties:
- Issuing RFI’s, Tracking RFI’s and Distribution to all relative parties
- Submittal Process
- Change Order Documentation – Tracking Change Orders
- Time Keeping
- Construction Document Management – Distribution – Redline – Permit Set
- Meeting Minutes – attendance at all AOC meetings
- Schedule Updates
Skills Required:
- Strong work ethic
- Proactive work habits
- Must have strong aptitude with Microsoft Based Software including Microsoft Projects
- Team approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Professional
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects
- Ability to read construction plans
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
