CDE (formerly BoulderTalks) assisted with the design and facilitation training for intergroup dialogues at the Spring 2016 Diversity and Inclusion Summit.

The facilitated dialogues were about diversity and inclusion at CU-Boulder, how people experience CU-Boulder as welcoming, accepting, inclusive, supportive; valuing who they are, what they have to offer, their differences. But talking about diversity and inclusion also means talking about exclusion, harassment, inequity, ignorance, stereotypes, microaggressions - all of the ways that people on our campus experience things other than inclusion.

The summit was held on Feb. 18, 2016.
