Britt is a senior fellow at the Getches-Wilkinson Center, University of Colorado Law School. He is a former executive vice president for legal and external affairs at Newmont Mining Corporation. He is also chair of the Independent Expert Review Panel at ICMM. In addition, Britt serves as a member of the RESOLVE Board of Advisors and is chairperson of RESOLVE’s Natural Resources and Energy Leadership Council.
