Robert M. Hallman has over 30 years of experience in energy and environmental policy and legal matters. Most recently, Mr. Hallman served as Deputy Secretary for Energy and the Environment for New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo. Immediately prior to joining Governor Cuomo, he directed the energy and environmental practice at the law firm of Cahill, Gordon & Reindel, and served as chair of the board of the non-partisan New York League of Conservation Voters.
