Charles Davis is a Professor of Political Science at Colorado State University. His teaching and research interests include energy and public lands policymaking. He is the editor of Western Public Lands and Environmental Politics as well as recent articles on fracking politics appearing in the Review of Policy Research and Policy Sciences.
