Garry Kaufman is the Deputy Director of the Air Pollution Control Division and manages the Planning and Policy Program within the Division. Garry has worked at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for the past eleven years in variety of different roles. Garry began his career with the State of Colorado at the Colorado Attorney General’s Office representing the Air Pollution Control Division in civil and administrative enforcement matters. Prior to coming to work for the state Garry worked as a private practice civil litigator.
