Tom Clark is nationally recognized as an innovator in metropolitan regional economic development. His career stretches from 1979 when he managed the Commercial and Industrial Development for the Illinois of Commerce and Community Affairs. Clark has been in Colorado since 1982 working for Metro Denver, Boulder, Jefferson County, and Fort Collins. He has been involved in such major projects as DIA, Major League Baseball, National Football League, and the stadiums associated with both. Other projects during his years in economic development include FasTracks, international non-stop flights to Europe, Asia, and Central America.
