During his studies at the now-defunct Art Institute of Colorado, Josh Wills became interested in all facets of design, including architecture, fashion design, product design, typography, illustration and interactive design. After graduating, he worked in full-time design, art direction and creative direction roles while moonlighting at night and on weekends. He and his wife, Tran, pioneered the concept of design-driven, community-centric hybrid businesses in Denver, including The Fabric Lab, The Shoppe and Svper Ordinary.
He later established Consume & Create, where he explores ways in which design can become a more objective pursuit. The company’s clients include New Belgium Brewing, Live Nation, Leopold Distillery, DispatchHealth, The Family Jones Distillery and Beacon Capital.
