Charlotte Rowland is a 3-year Denver resident hailing from Connecticut and holds a Bachelor's degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. Following her undergraduate studies, Charlotte worked at an all-girls STEM boarding school in rural Rwanda, where she facilitated college admission preparation. The subsequent three years saw Charlotte at EdTech company Guild, where, in her most recent role, she managed the design of innovative education and skilling programs aimed at enhancing economic mobility for working adults within Fortune 100 companies. Eager to continue her trajectory of impact, Charlotte is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Strategic Communication Design. With a vision to harmonize her background in social impact and strategy with the world of design, Charlotte aspires to emerge as a dynamic creator, innovator, and entrepreneur, poised to make contributions at the intersection of education and design.
